Google Chrome OS announced!

Finally, a company with the resources to pull it off will challenge Microsoft.

While there will be a learning curve, and there will be the issue of major programs (like Adobe CS Suite and AutoDesk/AutoCAD) not being compatible—at least at first—which will prevent serious business users from adopting it, I strongly believe the consumer market is ready for an alternative to Windows.

I’m am very excited about this, and looking forward to getting my hands on it as soon as possible. When I do, I will post my impressions.
